Early days but...

...I said when RM was announced as our new manager that we Evertonians were in for a special new era. So far, (and a ball has not been kicked, I know), things are proceeding as I predicted. In three years time, every giant club in world football will want Roberto as their manager.

This guy and Kone in attack makes me more than excited about next season.
Not too bothered about the other two to be honest, I think they are more squad fillers but these two are capable of real quality.. Guessing on this lad but if he's a stand out for the Barca youth, he's got to be good hasn't he?

Its becoming a good window now.

that last one he's on the wing when his best work in the highlights package all came from a more central position, just in the wrong position.

Oh God, wrong position, it's started already. Has he had a serious injury last season too?

HAha - is right laar. If he's come here to build confidence and plays like that, he'll get the Geoff Nulty treatment and get binned off pretty quick. Bags of skill but decision-making is appalling. Come an learn at dE sKoOL oF ScIenZZ, Laar.

Anyway, clearly NOT a 1st team pick, just yet...but I still love the purchase from Robeto.

Some bad quegs on here, comparing DM and saying we are now signing players faster 1-0 RM? sort your heads out, signing players early means nothing and I was more than happy with the transfer dealings Everton done under Moyes.

Saying that, this lad is obviously our most exciting signing so far, but I would like some quality permanent signings to follow, as we don't know weather this lad will settle, he could be terrible for the first several months of a 12 month deal, are we really willing to put up with that for someone else's player. We haven't even done that with Ross Barkley.

How's that leg getting on Dave?
