Gerard Deulofeu - Once a Blue, always a Blue

Btw this was the place that Deulofeu is/was staying at

And this is from Robles twitter

Am I imagining things or is that the same resort? Robles and Deulofeu (and their partners) were good friends whilst they were here.

they're very good friends, so it'd make sense like.

Always in amalia together in town

I'd imagine they're mates. They were the only Spaniards in the team at the time, and I'd imagine all the spanish speaking lads are good mates, like Mirallas and Oviedo.

Let's be honest lads, if he wanted to sign for us he would have done it straight away. He is hanging fire and waiting to see if another better offer comes in. We are his plan B.

I blame myself really, I use to do it all the time in the paradox. Pull a girl in Deja Vu then tell her to wait there while I go and find me friends in the main room but I'll be back. Reality was, I was trying to get someone better in the main room. She was my back up plan, just like Everton are Del's.

Everton is standing by the bar in Deja Vu looking at the doors waiting for Del. But, Del is smooching Spurs on the dance floor dancing to Gina G.

@pbsportswriter: Told story in Spain about contract wrangle holding up Deulofeu deal correct. Barca want a 3-yr buy-back option, #efc 2. Talks continue

@pbsportswriter: One other thing on Deulofeu - all sides still want it to happen. Barca have other offers (some sources say better) but player wants #efc

Gerard Deulofeu is still currently a Barcelona player, but has plenty of offers on the table, with Everton believed to be the club in the best position to secure the services of the Catalan winger. This Saturday, he has been enjoying his holidays in Ibiza, with former teammate Cristian Tello and Porto central midfielder Jose Campana.

They have spent time on various beaches on the island, with Tello uploading photos of a boat and a jet-ski while spending time at Cala Bassa, a place where footballers are known to like to relax.

The image has led to rumours in Portugal of Deulofeu potentially joining Porto, who also have other Spaniards in the form of Adrian and Oliver Torres, both ex-Atleti, as well as goalkeeper Andres Fernandez, Cristian Tello and Jose Campana.

frak...Porto would make a lot of sense: similar culture, few Spaniards already there, good chance of regular footie and winning something, slower pace on the field giving him more time to do his thing.

Come to Everton please, Del.
