Martinez connection to Barcelona is about the same as mine, let's not pretend he's a product of their academy or something, or a famous ex player.
As it stands he was a Lower league footballer who's won sod all as a manager. Barcelona might as well go for Neil Warnock if that's their criteria.

C-- Deulofeu can refuse any move

D-- If he returned to Barca he couldnt move again for at least one season.

So basically Deulofeu himself would need to be confident he would get serious game time at Barca or risk sitting on the bench for 12 months.

After hia recent experiences i dont think he would take that chance.
