That sounds ominous...he's deflecting the responsibility of the decision to them.
 
I want Barca to activate the buy back clause ASAP so my heart is broken and I can yearn for him forever. In time my pain will turn to resentment and spite and I will berate future wingers as not worthy to wear the shirt. Ultimately it will end with me chloroforming our record winger signing in about 2023 and shagging his arse in the centre circle and throwing acid at anyone who attempts to stop me.

I think hes saying that he'll be here for a few years yet but if Barca came in with a 1st eleven position in the future then he would be likely to return. Its his boyhood club.

He realises hes not going back anytime soon and cant say much else really...

I think the best thing is we accept the fact that if Barca come calling for any player he is going to go.

In Del's case doubly so as he is a Catalan lid and it is his dream to play for them.

We will have him until the end if this season and probably next but after that......he will be gone if he keeps on improving the way he has this season and Barca want him back.

I am just going to enjoy him while I can :)

And hope that Barcelona unearth someone even better so's they don't want to call him home and he stays here for the long term ;)
 

Do you think at the end of next season if he continues like this then Barca would want him back?

I do....

However, do you think he would go back there if he thought he would get limited game time off the bench?

I think its best he goes back to Barca asap. This lads gonna break our hearts eventually so best get it over with now. Plus he's getting in the way of my love affair for Baines.
