Del's at his best on the right. Lennon is playing well. Cleverley is playing well. No need to change it just yet.

Agree on this, as much as we like Del those two are doing better for Everton even if they are not as exciting to watch.
I also wonder if there is worry about Barca coming back in to buy him, in away the less he plays the less likely they are to come get him, obviously if he is the best option at the time he needs to be played but that buy back deal is something we have to think about, we need him more then they do.
Im not quite sure thats true mate.
Nobody can really say how WBA would have gone with Del instead of The Clev or Superkev.
The Clev worked for a game or 2, but hes not the answer LW for me.
A decent back up player, maybe if we wanna close a game out, but he shouldnt be starting games, in midfield or LW.

You see this I disagree with.
Recently ive noticed McCarthy and indeed Besic pushed forward more, sadly McCarthy isnt really a number 8 and Besic got injured, but I think we are trying to play more as a diamond 3 in the middle.

I think Besic is just able to do both roles mate due to the fact he's like an energizer bunny and has genuine pace to cover the ground, McCarthy just doesn't have any end product though when he does get forward, long term hope the manager does see that we can play a different set up, Besic for me if he can stay fit will be the thing that pushes this team forwards as even with his inexperience he is the most complete centre mid we have - so yeah agree when Besic was playing we saw a change
when Mccarthy and Barry play though we are still playing two defensive mids just asking one to play more attacking which really is square pegs and round holes again
Besic i wouldn't class as a defensive mid, he's a proper old school centre mid who just happens to be good defensively though as well as quite decent the other end of the pitch, remember when McCarthy signed a lot of Roy kean comparisons that look now frankly daft, Besic could have that comparison in a year or two if he keeps developing but with the all round game to warrant it

erm excuse me sir havent you learnt by now that somehow playing two wingers is unimaginable and would relegate us to league two immediately, despite several of the best teams in the league over recent years playing two wingers.

With Lennon on the right who offers more hard work than geri but not the quality of final ball.
You would think that mirralas could play on the left with out upsetting the balance of the team.
With cleverly McCarthy and Barry all playing, we don't have enough attacking quality or runners from midfield IMO.
Against Bournemouth when we counter attacked with Barkley, on 3 or 4 accasions he would look up and see lukaku on his own with 4 defenders.
Barkley needed more options, which mirralas would offer
