I'd like to see Geri really go for it and develop himself rather than accepting being the eternal substitute as he has done for much of his career.

When I first saw him he reminded me of Ronaldo when he started. I still think he could be that good but he has to want it, stop being so nice and have that determination to do that.

You can't really drop Lennon at the moment but I think that Geri has a similarly positive effect on games (even if he seems to have dropped out of the game he get fire in an immaculate cross and get you a goal in the last minute).

Err... he started pretty much every game for us from October through to the end of January mate, bar one or two.

At the moment, as you point out, with the form of Lennon then Geri can't get in on the right flank. I think he could maybe be played out wide left but then again Cleverley has performed well and Mirallas and Lennon are a really good wing pairing,

He's 21 and it's his second season in the PL (in his first he only got fits and starts really as well). But he's the type of player who, if he feels a niggle, it's best to rest him when the weather is cold etc and not risk a hamstring strain etc.

I'm pretty sure he'll be back as a regular starter soon enough
