The reason is probably because he gives the ball away cheaply even more so than his lack of tracking back which has improved although he's not very good once he gets back in position.

Maybe for the same reason Barcelona were happy to let him go permanently for as little as 4m, didnt exactly set La Liga on fire when he was at Sevilla either, nice fella thou im sure.

At a complete loss why people feel we need to sell players
If we are to compete at the top end we need a squad that has depth and quality. In GD we have a young player who will learn but had abilitys that shame a fair few players.
On Saturday I thought he was unlucky not to get 30mins, but make no mistake he will make a difference during this season

Did you not see how many assists he got last season before bizarrely being dropped?
