....loved his reaction in that picture at the end of the penalty shoot out, also loved the disappointment on his face when substituted against the Pool. That reaction was disappointment with himself. I think we'll see a magical spell from him this season because he really wants to be a success.

I wonder if he's been told to hit early crosses to Lukaku because he hasn't always been taking his man on. I'd be telling him to play his natural game, he gives us something different he gives us creativity.

Ya he is definitely told that.nearly everytime he is getting the ball he is looking up to put the cross in.defo needs to mix up his game keep the defenders guessing.

I think that has a lot to do with two defenders swooping down on him every time he touches the ball. If he ever gets to face a fullback one-on-one, I'm sure he'll be happy to take him on and beat him with a dribble, but with two defenders he's probably making the smarter play in trying to get an early cross off. Someone's got to be out of position in that case, after all.

Exactly. He's shown that he is both able to beat a man and produce some absolutely splendid crosses with the latter being particularly effective.

Managers have clearly picked up on this, therefore on each occasion he gets the ball he is closed down by two opposition players.

I'd say this more to do with stopping his crosses than beating men, as we've scored a few goals from his distribution this season already.
