Del's feed to Rom on his breakaway goal was sublime, curling around the defender and catching Rom mid-stride. It's a pass that Ross could improve on, he left several short today.

In regards to the dive, I feel that he is seriously unlucky. He was clipped, with a little shove in the back, when he took a touch, just outside the area. As a result, he took a heavy touch, and so could not reach the ball, and so went down, looking for a foul, which would have been a good decision. Had he gone down as soon as he was fouled, nobody would have any complaints whatsoever. So in a way his reluctance to go down, has made him look like a diver.

He did nowt wrong with that "dive" incident. As you say, his initial thought seemed to be to go for the ball and when he saw he wasn't getting to it he went down looking for the foul the ref should have spotted.

I really don't get people saying diving is part of the modern game. So what if other countries think it's acceptable. It's weak people like you that have allowed it into the game justifying it by saying others do it. I can't stop it happening but I won't ever condone it and even if it won us something that victory would forever be tainted for me. I'd want to know we could do it without cheating. Jesus Christ have a back bone, if you have morals then stand for them, don't just let the media tell you everyone is doing it so that makes it ok
