If he stopped scoring against us then I might not dislike him so much.

Carioca.
Strangely though, I have a huge soft spot for Alonso.
Thats one damn fine soccerista that.
Gerrard is my least favorite player in my least favorite team, it's bad enough when that crap wins, but when Steve is involved in the victory, it just rubs salt in the wounds.
Those pictures of him in Istanbul with that bloody trophy seemed to like go on forever after that, rest assured there will be no repeat of that anytime soon.
Gerrard whatever I feel personally, is a world class player, a fantastic player and leader, world class attributes, and one of the worlds leading talents, he deserves his place as one of soccers greatest players.
I just don't like him much that's all.![]()
Has anyone got that picture of the tvvat in RB kit, he claims he was forced to wear, lying thug
Couldn't agree more mate. Very over-hyped and over-rated. You see him boss games against the likes of ourselves, West Brom, Portsmouth and maybe your Spurs and Aston Villas of the world. In Europe he can do it against the likes of Olympiaikos, Lille and Lazio. Against the top teams he'll have his moments as he is good but you never see him run games against top rate opposition either for the rs or England. Which is how I'd rate a great player. To sum up very good player and possibly great captain at club levelHe's been a good player. I would never describe him as one of football's greatest players though. He got important goals in a few seasons for Liverpool and has never done it on an international stage.
