Get Rooney before United

I'm amazed at how well he's done. I never thought he had the sticking power or management skills.
It'll be fascinating to see if he can beat the odds and stay up.

I find myself really rooting for them tbh, all the staff and players are doing and amazing job, making sacrifices and ignoring all the positive and negative media stories and are working together as a club. I really want them to stay up and nobody in that league wants to play them at the moment

Hes been taking Crystal meths - Breaking Bad Style - Rooney I would one day like to be manager of Everton or Manchester United - my arsp - he Sounds thick as a brick -
I'm not sure he is, he's admitted his many sins, which is a good step towards some sort of redemption.
And nobody should ever say he hasnt got an excellent football brain.
You can't fault his commitment and loyalty to Derby
Fairplay to him.

That Netflix documentary did him no favours. He allowed himself to be portrayed as a scally and a thug and his family life a freak show. The mansion thing was a pisstake too. A Beverley Hillbillies set up by the film maker and he fell right for it.

Completely naive.

The documentary should have been about how a precocious football talent accepted that he may have been a fantastic footballer but that he was not the best in the world, and decided to dedicated his career to furthering the team effort rather than kicking off like a prima donna.

That was spoken of briefly, but it should have been the core of his story.

Another horrible middle class take down of working class people.

That.

Just watched it, brillian documentary imo, about Wayne Rooney the person and not about his exceptional talent as a footballer. If he carries on doing well in management, would love to see him here. If he gives us some success and moves on after a few years, so be it, thats football.

If he became Everton manager and did well, then Utd came sniffing he would be gone as quick as he went last time, he is not what we need have you heard him talk, he could talk a glass eye to sleep
This person called it correct. The rest of you hang your heads in shame as you were willing to have Rooney humiliate Everton for a second time.
