You get tuned up by the fuzz?Stonehenge free fest was a big one for the rock bands too.
I went to the last one in 1984, when Hawkwind headlined.

Heavens, I think getting my head bashed from the outside sounds the lesser of two evils...Nah, we never went near the stones.
We were much more interested in mushroom tea at 50p a cup, hot knives at 20p a go and a gallon of scrumpy for a quid lol

I can't work the pun in but something about tickling the ivories...They could’ve been dropping elephants from planes and we wouldn‘t have noticed lol

Shroom tea on the naughty list then? and 50p a go is rich in terms of metal, 50 pence pieces were massive way back when. Neighbour has stories about conscription before being packed off to Cyprus/Greece back when he was 18, training in the south and the occasional weekend liberty and all the lads utterly hammered on and I quote "rough as aaaarghh soles" scrumpy. Then the MP coming round throwing them all in the van to go back to base.Nothing as clever at that. It’s just that we’d consumed an industrial amount of class B’s and Scrumpy and anything could’ve been going on around us and we’d have never noticed !
May have seen that on YouTube. Is that the one where they had a load of "maidens" in white linen dresses just walking aimlessly around the stage.?Stonehenge free fest was a big one for the rock bands too.

I'd probably have gone for the Pet Shop Boys whoever was the main headline. Looking forward to it. Big part of the 80s sound for me.No idea who Kendrick Lamar is, and the Pet Shop Boys are my go to tonight I’m afraid.
