Goodbye to Goodison

Hope the rumours arenā€™t true about moving it to a Monday night

Thought about this; and it wasn't until someone mentioned it on here, that I even considered it, and now I have, all I hear is people saying they're going to try and bunk it, or at least come to Goodison to be around Goodison on the Final Day.

Hated the idea of a Monday night, but hate the idea of some idiot trying to stand in my spec, or it being overcrowded more?

Did the stadium tour today to say goodbye. What a magical magical place. While my last game was a win, unfortunately it was one of those many grim performances under Dyche!

But am looking forward to getting my first proper game at BMD next season! It looked amazing having a pint in the BM, blue sky etc!

Did the tour on Saturday, felt like a really nice way to see off the old girl.

Like you say a magical place and sad and emotional to move on but at the same time the tour did emphasise the need to move on to keep up with the modern game. Iā€™m really glad I did it and would recommend to anyone who never has!

I just heard Baz on the fan debate on you tube saying heā€™s heard lots of rumours of it being moved to Monday night
Don't they have to have all the games finish on the same day. Can't think of any occasion in the last decade were all the matches didn't get played on the same day.
