Goodbye uninterrupted sleep

At the end of the day if we can't beat Bournemouth at home when they have nothing to play for then we deserve to go down. End of. When you square that with yourself we'll play in the league we merit* next season you should sleep OK.

*Well we could draw or lose and still stay up in which case we'll deserve the 3 point deduction if we get one for the following year.

Why would anybody let Everton effing Football Club affect their sleep?
Some can’t help it mate, and I can allow anyone to be upset and concerned about something that a lot of people, myself included, care deeply about.

People will deal with it differently and in their own way, and I can respect that.

Our situation is playing on my mind, but then I have a few other things more concerning than EFC which is pushing it down my worry list, but I still get our plight popping into my head a few times a day and night - anyone who says it doesn’t bother them is either lying or can’t be that bothered about EFC.

Won't impact my sleep at all.

I reckon a lot of our fans are saying stuff like this for affect.
Defo. But loads will be genuinely affected as well. I'm really surprised how this relegation fight over the last 2 years has taken it out of me. I have a relatively high pressure job/lifestyle so I'm even more surprised how much time I spend thinking about bloomin Everton.

Thinking about it, football is my release from my other stresses, so having stress involved in my 'release from stress' isn't very helpful!
This. It's supposed to be an outlet from all the other things we toil over, so it's not great when it becomes yet another one of life's headaches.

When the fun stops, stop. I would, if I could...
