Ye that's not true. Our away fans are still boss. Our away fans are crap aswell
Agree on thisThey are mate. I go most aways and us travelling well doesn't mean we have good fans in terms of atmosphere
We have one of the best away followings in the league....and we're still crap.

Non-existent. Full of people whinging. I know were poor at the minute but I'm sure people get some joy out of tearing in to our own players.
This is not making an excuse for Koeman or the players because its been nowhere near good enough. This is a totally separate issue and has been for a good few years now. Too many fans waiting to turn against their own team at the first sign of them struggling. Baffles me to be honest, and the atmosphere is quite embarrassing compared to a lot of other teams. Genuinely, is there a more negative crowd in the league? Its like our fans think we have a god given right to beat lesser opposition.
Its frustrating because on the increasingly rare occasions where Goodison is up for it the team invariably turn up, goodison turns into a bear pit and we get good results.
How can the fans create an atmosphere when the players play without intensity, there are no shots on goal and it is clear that the team
knows that the line-up is simply wrong? The game tomorrow is a biggie and if we lose there is a break and then Brighton away and Arsenal.
EFC could be in trouble.
The usual Koeman line-up wont beat Burnley. We need blokes in the box. Play DCL and Niasse and drop some sacred cows. Maybe include Vlasic.
But has been like this for quite a while now.
The way I see it is this, unles playing the RS or UTD, the atmos is pretty average (and absolutely woeful in a cup game against a lower league side) until either we go a goal down or the ref makes a/some bad calls against us. We only react to negatives. Take Saints or palace fans, annoying but they sing the same positive chants from the start and throughout the game whoever they play and whatever the score. We basically LOVE to moan, so much so that we only sing when we are up against it.
Blaming Koeman is mad, it was the same under Davy and RM.
We don't want to hear it though because "we are the best fans in the world"
Sack the fans
