Love it for the front cover alone - Joe Royle with his trade mark sleeves rolled up, the only thing we had in common in my playing days ?. Well done on the book ??

Never realised that the old stand had the criss cross markings on that side.
Love the bit on the top of the old stand as well - looks like someone had a shed up there.
I just wish they would incorporate some of the old into the new when they knock them down and rebuild.
I will love it if they keep the criss cross design in Bramley Moore, they could use digital imaging around the stand like they have with the advertising.

As for Crystal Palace, God! How many times did I used to get Gerry Queen as a swapsey in those big old football cards. Interesting kit they had as well, thanks for the memories....

Did the Grim Reaper haunting Moyes photo make the book? Probably my favorite image from the last 15 years at Goodison.

….I know from speaking to you a while ago that this has been a long time in the making. Your books are must read reference material for any Evertonian & as we look forward to our new home, these accounts of the Old Lady are to be treasured.
