Had a red taking the piss about this cladding yesterday. I said yeah it is a little cheap like but its just like painting the house before you sell it. You don't spend much!
Anyway what do you think about our new stadium thats going to be right on the waterfront? ............ You're not going to fill it!........ that may be the case for a couple of years but you never know when theres a guy there spending a load of money on exactly what he wants!!

I'm sure I read somewhere they've started with bits & bobs (nothing major) internally whilst they await permission. The actual work will carry on in to the season, not be completed before season starts.
