I am pleased with the proposed refurb but hope this is just a temporary thing and does not involve dropping the hope of a new stadium on the waterfront.

Boss. I actually quite like the look of the Goodison lettering and, with the club mentioning that there will be a Holy Trinity statue, I am very happy!

Yeah, think the lettering maintains a little old-fashioned class to go with the modernisation. Good to see about the statue, hopefully they can put it and the Dixie one next to each other and start a gallery of Everton legends, pride of place front and centre of the ground.

I hope I live to see the day that statue faces out across the Mersey welcoming the numerous cruise ships that will be heading our way in the not to distant future.
