Couldn't sleep last night and got to 5am, like 45 minutes ago and thought I might as well get up and go the gym. Opens at half 6. Legs and abs for me today. Might leave squats out though or do them very lightly because of lack of sleep. I will be battering the sauna and hydropool though no doubt. Got some N.O. Xplode to perk me up. Feel like my face has been blown to the back of my head every time I have it.

Hahaha good to know. Gym on the beach would be sick, I'm delighted with a sauna and hydropool. May try out the steam room too, because I can. Legs and abs for me. May throw in a few cheeky triceps too, some rope pull downs.

Hahaha! Love it me. I know the sequences that the jets come on in the pool. I move in the intervals where they alternate to get a good spot. Not going to lie, 30% getting the jets on where I've trained, 70% trying to get the jets on my nob. I actually don't like doing chest. There I said it.
 

I've made it. I think I could well not be alive at the moment. It has 17 ingredients. One is simply caffeine (4 red bulls worth). Another is the starting compound for when you make beak. It makes me fart insane though.
 

Pre-workouts are fcuking people up big time the world over. Knock them on the head or you'll get to a point where you can't train without them pretty soon and you'll be filling up with that crap forever.

Cheaper & healthier to get on the juice, dead serious.

I've never had a problem with NOX drinks before, they gave me the focus i needed prior to workout; i used to workout on an empty stomach at 6am in the morning and thet were great.

Basically any pre-workout NOX drink has 3 major elements; caffeine, amino acids and creatine. Its a lot cheaper in the long run to go to Holland and Barrett and purchase the following:
- Arginine-Alpha Ketoglutaric Acid
- Beta-Alanine
- L-Tyrosine
- Creatine Ethyl Ester
and caffeine pills if required.

Don't let these adverts in Flex or MuscleMag fool you, Jay Cutler, Ronnie Colemand and the rest are paid millions of dollars to tell you these will make you lift like them, when they won't.
