Have you seen the match? I don't think it was the wrestlers fault tbh, for the people who were in the match they shouldn't have been given a 25 minute slot. 15 minutes max, let them be creative and don't make them do a load of rest holds

The wrestlers have to take their share of accountability

If they'd had a great match you wouldn't be saying "whoever planned it backstage deserves all the credit" would you?

People give out (and so do the female wrestlers) when the women aren't given enough time, so damned if you do damned if you don't....

Every women in that match is experienced enough now to put together a passable 25 minute match, particularly with Natalya in there to be ring general (she's done that job at the last two Royal Rumbles too)....

How on earth do you go from this..... To losing to Cedric Alexander the next night...

If anyone was gonna lose to Alexander, it should have been Shane...

It's almost like they don't want to create new top stars... Drew should be a killer top heel at this stage...

They don't.

Top stars walk out on WWE. Top stars don't need WWE. Top stars want more money from WWE. Top stars don't put up with crap booking from WWE.

They want the name WWE to be the draw, not the wrestler. They want to have control over the wrestlers, not the other way round.
 

Watching Fight for the Fallen. No idea why Adam Page is being pushed, is there something I'm missing? He is not over with me. Why is he on a championship run and MJF is opening shows in meaningless matches?

Part of the Elite and tbf he's a cracking wrestler. You can't push MJF against Jericho when both are heels just yet. Once Page wins the title you'll probably see MJF get a title match soon after. You may not like him but its undoubted that he was hugely popular on the indie scene and is a smart choice to put in the first title match. I can't see any of the top 3 (Kenny, Cody, Bucks) holding any title just yet

I doubt Page is winning the Title to be honest

I see Jericho winning and them building to an Omega Vs Jericho rubber match

He's someone who has a good look, is good in the ring and hasn't been exposed to a mainstream audience yet. Him and MJF are the guys they should be focusing on in all honesty. They'll need a good balance between pushing the ex-WWE guys and fresh names that people won't know

Jericho is probably going to beat him, but hopefully being in there with Jericho and having a good match with elevate Page and they can come back to it down the line when he's had a chance to get over on the TNT show

Think they need to put the title on Jericho for the first 3 months, he's the one who will get the most eyes on AEW....
 
Fight for the Fallen was pretty good, albeit very long. Some of those matches should have been condensed. I don't see the Kenny Omega hype and Adam Paige is way too dull to carry a promotion as a face from what I've seen so far. Cody, Dustin and MJF are unreal, Jericho can still nail a promo, but all their heat generating lads are heels. Will be interesting to see their weekly show
