I don't think that's fair. JR hasn't been at his best, but is still leagues ahead of the other commentators imo
 
J.R. should not be replaced he should kicked off commentary and just be used purely in a backstage role.

It was ok to start with for AEW to have him on commentary, his name value was what they needed. But his continual grumpiness, crapping on the product instead of doing his job and pervy comments about female wrestlers means he does more harm then good.

You've got big Tony and Excalibur, you don't need a 2nd play by play guy, and if you do want a 3rd man (not Hogan) then there are plenty of guys on the roster who can fill in and do a good job.

Excalibur is crap imo. I realise he knows the names of all the flippy floppy moves, but he's really poor

Can you blame him when he's got to sit there and watch that utter clown show every week? AEW isn't hard to fix, they're just too stubborn to make it happen, even when a great wrestling mind like JR is (I'd like to believe) telling them backstage. I like that at least Cash from FTR, coincidentally the best worker in the company, has the spine to publicly support JR in this matter.

JR 100% right about those 'kin dives with groups of lads waiting about half a minute to catch someone. Apart from wrestlers not being able to run the ropes anymore, it's easily the worst quirk of modern wrestling

Omega not the worst culprit. And tbf to him, he does lay his moves in. But the likes of the Bucks, Private Party, those Hybrid lads and all those identikit tag teams, I can't watch them unless they're wrestling someone like FTR

Mark Quen from Private Party is the worst. Watch him the next time he's on TV. He takes about 50 tiny baby steps before he hits the ropes, which barely register the impact at all. I'm not even sure they bend. All of them visibly slow down, waiting for whatever dumb synchronised spot they have lined up next.

This is correct, but not what they're actually complaining about, so not really relevant.
