I get that but we need a manager proven in this league, unfortunately we're not in a position where we can take a risk on a manager that may well be great.
 

His floppage at Chelsea is a real concern, and that was a while ago. Why hasn't he been employed since? How much of Brighton's growth was down to Ashworth and others, compared to him?

He's certainly not without doubts, but its a clear Yes if I want him instead of Dyche.

Ah well, at least let's hope the reports are true that we were looking at Potter, as that means at least they acknowledge a change is needed.

Don't really care if it's Potter or someone else. Either be it long term or short term.
