I casually browse threads like these and I'm often surprised by the names I find who seem very knowledgeable and demonstrate experience in the given topic.

Then I remember where I am, that the Internet is full of bozos chatting wham, and that I actually had no interest in the thread at all, I was just here hoping to see someone Effff someone rarrrrr up!!

This drivel of a thread is quite sad. The users of this USA wellbeing movement crap like to tell us several things..
A, I can afford it
B, I am incabable of self-motivation
C, I am inspired my silicon valley advertising saying 'you got this '
D, I am the brands I align with
E, Proper training without an admiring audience for my shallow values is beyond me.

Yep. The supposed free speech ethos of silicon valley tech oligarchs (Bernie Sanders has pointed out what they are) has been an open door for us to be pounded with garbage. As with USA elections, if you lie to people frequently enough they will believe it. Boris Johnson still has a fan club and Brexiters really believe immigrants stole their jobs.
