Grasses....

We don't have much of a garden for our flat sadly, but I'd be keen to hear how other forum users deal with grasses.

Are they a pest or essential to a well functioning environment?
I have a small section of my large garden dedicated to ornamental grasses. They give lovely structure and form .
Some people have them amongst herbaceous beds but I'm not convinced of that.
Good luck

Weed and feed kills moss Joseph. I’m clearly the gardening expert here.
Moss is totally different than weed & feed - as after a former member of the IOH - his lawn has drainage problems wer & sodden - he needs to kill the moss next spring & improve the drainage of the soil & resources fresh grass seed as I advocated in my initial post - a strong moss killer is needed next spring then improve his drainage in his lawn to stop it returning.
