Anyone seen the new Nic Cage? I'm seeing in a few.

It has all the makings of a Cage masterpiece

It was a very good watch. Cage is fully aware and hamming it up.

Granted it was a long movie with a lot of dialog...

What didn't you like about it? The plot? Pacino's acting? The tango scene, the attempted suicide scene, and the final speech... For me, Pacino at his best.

Except when he said Hoo-ah! That was a bit overdone! lol

I'm with you here, I thought it was brilliant. I do love Pacino though. I think I'd pay to watch him read the phone book.

A brilliant piece of cinematography.

Dr. Strangelove is in my top five favourite films of all time.

But, I'm surprised nobody has included this as of yet.

That scene is so good. The cutting from the christening to the Corleone family taking out their rivals is a work of genius.

Kes has a few but this is my fave, I never got the cane but I did get the ruler on my backside a few times

all of that film is great but this particular bit is the best, I think



the entire film is a masterpiece



in many ways this film was a huge disappointment, but this is perhaps the best ancient battle scene ever filmed (even better than the start of Gladiator)

Kes, is one of those rarities, in that the film is every bit as good as the book ( a kestrel for a knave )

We did it for English, as one of our books to study at school and we had a brilliant English teacher, who helped us fully understand the genius of the book.

We had to take it in turns reading chapters out in front of the class and then we`d discuss the chapter.

To his credit, the teacher read out the chapter that contained Kes`s death and there wasn`t a dry eye in the room, including the teacher.

It`s just such a powerful book and film.

Don't know if it's been posted already but this is probably my fave scene of all time.
