You are correct. The bell is Big Ben, the tower itself is St. Stephen's Tower.

You are correct. The bell is Big Ben, the tower itself is St. Stephen's Tower.

This is correct.

The clock faces on the Liver Building are biggest in UK I think. That needs to be checked out but deffo bigger than Westminster.

Couple of cricket facts:

At Perth, Western Australia in 1975 Rodney Marsh was regularly standing 33 metres back from the wicket when keeping to Dennis Lillee - pace it out, it is amazing distance....

Alan Lamb cut Malcolm Marshall so hard at the Kensington Oval, Barbados in 1981 that the ball rebounded off the concrete boundary wall back over 50 metres to the square.....

I'm not sure how accurate it is, but I read somewhere that the quasi-vacuum created by the claw closing briefly creates a burst of heat hotter than the sun.
