Following the recent closure of the Bridge Inn, on Childwall Valley Road, the areas of Netherley, Belle Vale and Lee
Park no longer have any pubs that are open at all.
This is the largest area in the U.K.without a public house.

Most populated area without an alehouse or something similar, though? There's 100 sq mile areas in Scotland with no pub.

Not entirely surprising. Wonder if it's recently taken over from an Indian language, or if there are too many variations for one of them to become that widely spoken??

I'd love this to have been true. Deeper reading in to Nicola Tesla. If any of the things written were correct about his death ray and even a method of providing free electricity for all were true. Then you can see why the likes of J.P. Morgan wanted rid of him.
