I didn’t actually.

I know ‘have a butchers’ is butchers hook (look), ‘wanted on the dog’ is dog and bone (phone) and ‘I’ve got a sore Gregory’ is Gregory Peck (neck).

Then there’s the obvious apples and pears, and plates of meat.
