To me preventing the goalkeeper attempting a save is interfering with play.

Sigurdsson was sat on his arse and not bothering De Gea in the slightest and they ruled that out for our last minute winner. Now that was harsh.

They haven't played to their level, but they haven't looked like the Keystone Cops, either, which is not something we can say of England.
