NO PENALTY! It’s offside! It wasn’t Kramaric, it was another player, possibly Lovren. He didn’t touch the ball but he did challenge with Vertonghen. The BBC commentators don’t understand why Anthony Taylor went to the monitor but it’s pretty clear – they wanted him to decide whether Lovren (or whoever it was) was interfering with play.
