I dont think anyone EXPECTS Portugal to win it.

After watching Ronaldo last night, I don't think he'll hand them a big threat. He looks like he can get to a chance created for him but the zip from his head and boots isn't there anymore.

Its literally Roberto’s job to drop him for one of the other attacking talents he has at his disposal then. It’s his job to maximize the team and decide if including Ronaldo does that.

No, they CAN win with him in the team, but he'll have to be a player who assists others rather than tries to be the match winner.

Ronaldo has bags of ability, he;s just lost that pace and that snap in his finishing getting shots and headers off.
