Guardiola to be found out in the premier league

You deserve it you bald clown.

No Striker = No trophies

(Ignore the fact that Liverpool also have no Striker)
Liverpool do have goalscorers though, think that's proving to be the difference in Europe. League wise city are just another level even without one.

City with a striker is scary stuff now , consistently 90 plus points a season and to do it with no striker as well, haaland will probably push them to 100 points a season

I think his Achilles heal is how plastic city are. They rarely get the 12th man effect from the stands. That’s the thing that can lift you to winning finals.
You see similar with PSG too. Although Pep also didn't manage to do it with Bayern either.

The one thing I would say is that I think last night was probably the first one where he wasn't at fault for over thinking his team selection and tactics. Probably the main criticism you can throw at him for last night was not reinforcing the defence when Madrid brought on their attackers at the end. Otherwise with a bit more luck they'd have gone through.

Yeah, but at least PSG don’t have a massive (bigger) local rival. When you say Paris football team, you think PSG. When you say Manchester football team, you think Utd.

You’ll never see city fans greet the team the way ours did against Chavski. Dirty oil money can’t buy that.

Even their victory parades are embarrassing. You'd think after being irrelevant for so long they'd turn out in their thousands to celebrate. & if you go on their Bluemoon website all they seem to do is moan about not getting recognition for their achievements. As we showed on Sunday, a show of passion from the supporters can make a massive difference to a game of football.

Same with PSG, they just don't have the culture and DNA to win the biggest prestigious club competition.

Combined since they both won the oil lottery they have spent a combined £4.1 billion and have 2 losing finals between them.

Shocking underachievement.

Great watching them both wilt under the lights every spring, it's utopia.

This 110%.

Getting bought by Gulf states saps any fan culture and passion out of those clubs, yes you win trophies but it all feels fake like the clubs have a feel of a corporation or business, everything about City and PSG is to executive, blingy, slick and pristine.

Be interesting to watch those passionate Geordies evolve into something of a sterile support in the coming years.

Doesn't bother me in the slightest, I mean you can't say they are Everton's rivals at the moment and even if they were the only reason to masturbate when they lose is true unadulterated toxic bitterness, a bitterness that comes from years and years of entitlement.

His game management last night was absolutely dreadful. He's exactly who you want for the long run over a league season, but he doesn't know how to win the big one off games. His subs last night were baffling, and he needs to get over this obsession of not using a centre forward. Wide players with skill, but little aggression or steel, do not win high pressure matches.

One team last night had Benzema up top, the other had Gabriel Jesus, who got subbed, then a false 9 of Foden/Silva, then Fernandinho/Laporte as some sort of target man late on. And guess what, the team with Benzema won the game.

I don't agree that their fanbase is plastic, its mostly local just like ours hence why they don't always sell out games. City still have a stigma attached to them and thus plastics are more drawn towards traditional glamour clubs like United and Liverpool.

His worst mistake last night was taking off De Bruyne.

Possibly the worlds best midfielder and he takes him off ????

It changed the game in Madrid`s favour.
