Don’t know if this is anything to get excited about. It’ll only benefit Liverpool and United

Yup, plus the rules are ridiculous anyway. They try to say it's to keep things "fair" but all they really do is effectively lock in the status quoThis really is what makes me fed up with the whole thing. Any rules on spending should be about liability on to the club which will exist long after the owners sail off. If an owner wants to pump money into a club I don't see why that should be an issue if the money is not a debt burden on the club.
The likes of Real, Barca and the Glazers approach is what should be outlawed.
And at least you'd have had good times* in between being utter garbage!I'd rather us get relegated to division two than join up for the super League.
Whatever happens we'll still have many thousands of fans turning up like we proved at our lowest In 98/99 season.
At least it'll weed out all the day tripping tourists and glory hunters we've attracted since we were bought out.
CTID.
Proper club city, no doubt about it, whatever the hip banter social media pages sayI'd rather us get relegated to division two than join up for the super League.

Yes, we have pal. And we've had far worse bad times under Peter Swales as chairman than you'll ever have under Bill Kenwright. And at least you'd have had good times* in between being utter garbage!
* Actual good times, not Bill Kenwright good times.
Guranteedabsolutely no footballing punishment will be handed to them
I've got a lot of time for City fans. I lived near Maine Road while I was at uni.Yes, we have pal. And we've had far worse bad times under Peter Swales as chairman than you'll ever have under Bill Kenwright.
Some of our worst moments on the pitch where our best moments off the pitch, if that makes sense. Inflatable craze was a great to be a City supporter, especially at away grounds. We were well known for our loyalty. But when we got bought out all of a sudden we were branded plastics, lol.
I've always thought city and Everton are very very similar in lots of ways especially us supporters who go to games. Gallows humour is a common bond between city and Everton, and we also have a common bond with West Ham and Sunderland fans.
If we get stripped of titles and relegated we'll get back, even if it takes a few years too. I am a bit concerned but I'm not overly worried because we've been amongst lower league teams before, and getting beat home and away against Wycombe Wanderers in the league opened our eyes. But we still turned up week in week out.
I play pool on a Monday night and half the team is United fans who will no doubt try ripping me. But none of them go to games, so it's like water off a duck's back to me as I can't take them seriously.
Nothing at all will happen to city from a footballing/point so perspective - at most it will be a chunky fine and that’s that.
The lack of action against the super league scab 6 is proof of that.
A much more serious threat to the game than rich owners throwing money about. Are Chelsea getting investigated/charged, after £1.5billiok pound was just written off and they’ve spent millions since?!? Will Newcastle be investigated now and in the future? Seems FFP only applies to some teams….
FFP needs binning, it’s a sham, just like VAR in its current guise - designed to help the big boys remain big.
