Guardiola to be found out in the premier league

Only 4 weeks in and things are starting to become a bit clearer.

Chelsea and Utd are a bit of a mess, Chelsea less so because they have a more balanced team.

Liverpool, us, Spurs and City looking good.

West Ham and Leicester have returned to the norm.

Arsenal are Arsenal.

It looks like the premier league this season suits the teams that press high and play Dortmund style direct short passing, even Guardiola is a lot more direct than he was with Barca.

The defensive teams with no pace are struggling.

Read this thread from the start, it's surprising how many people hate Pep. Because, I personally have never seen him disrespecting any player/manager/team or any media , maybe once or twice when he was at Barcelona but that was different scenario. Players like Zlatan, Ribery, Yaya etc. have come out at him and accused him of disrespecting, but interesting thing is that there is a common pattern between all the players that have fallen out with him. They are all arrogant, overconfident and full of themselves.
And I'd rather pay attention to what Koeman, Cruyff, Xabi, Xavi, Henry, Rijkaard etc. have to say about him than Mourinho, Zlatan, Ribery and co.

How are Utd a mess mate, They've won 4 out of 5 games

Early days for most coaches really, not just Pep, one season may not make a summer. Just like 4 or 5 games doesn't mean you'll win the League.
You could say 5 or 6 have made 'good starts' but only one will actually win it...just like half a dozen or so have made poor starts, but only 3 will go down

he's a brilliant manager, imo only he can make City look as good as they do now. assuming he stays 3 years I think he'll win the league twice and make up for the Bayern days by winning the CL. It's so impressive how organised his teams are, the exact opposite to Pellegrini. Love how much Stones and Sterling have improved under him as well (though still a long way to go on both)

his song can do one though. Would like to see the City mutants try that with YNWA or Bubbles...

Beat in the Europa league, out classed by their city rivals on their own turf, even the games they've won they looked poor.

But more importantly they look to have structural problems with their team setup.

Mourihno doesn't care about Europa.

Which is silly to me. Winning Europa might be an easier path back into the CL than getting top 4 in the the Prem this season.
