So for all the talk of Guardiola and this City team being the best ever for playing attacking football i've just seen that under Pellegrini they scored 151 goals across all competitions, yet this season they only (according to my calculations) scored 143.

Only 8 goals different but you'd have thought the genius Guardiola would have scored loads more than Pellegrini.

I mean are their five African players that would make up a team that tactically makes sense playing together at a club of city's current caliber?

Would Toure count Salah? My guess would be he would if he was pressed on his comments, but he wouldn't consider him African like himself. Just my opinion on that.

Also why 5? And why would he have to go out of his way to find 5 Africans to start? Shouldn't be just field the best team? I don't know Toure sounds like a moron. He was old and washed, he didn't fit. And destroy the "Pep myth", Toure sounds nuts.
