With Gana Schnederlin Gomes Davies Bernard and Siggy fighting for 3 CM spots things will get interesting
I think Siggy has recognised this and is upping his game to keep himself in contention
I’ve always rated him and think with the right players around him he will shine
He was excellent last Sat and could have won the game for us in the final moments

It's good to have competition. I think Bernard will probably play more game wide than in the middle mind you. If all the new players settle in as good as we hope we have a nucleus of 16/17 quality players supported by 8/9 promising players. I'll take that for now.

They're both doing fairly well at the moment, but are, unfortunately, a bit too similar to really excel as a partnership.

It'll be fine as long as Walcott and Richarlison keep scoring, but in the long run I think one of them is going to have to be sacrificed for a quicker player.

We are crying out for a Vardy type centre forward imo. That and a Coutinho type attacking mid and our attack would blossom under Silva.

I was just coming on, to say I thought he played well mate.

That`s the first time I`ve ever posted anything positive about him, so it`s a red letter day for me.
 
He was average. It says something about him when he’s a senior international player in a midfield with two academy players and he’s still not taking responsibility. Some clever flicks here and there and he stuck a boot out for the goal. I’m sure the stats are good but he didn’t trouble a championship midfield at any point. Dowell and Davis did all of the midfield playing in this game.
