We also have a lot of players who aren't arsed.showed his quality in the world cup when with an organised, hard working team.
We have better quality and more skilled players so he really should thrive this season.

He's a good player, easily premier league standard, and has an excellent set piece delivery on him. He's also an honest hard worker and team man. All very good attributes for a footballer. I'm 100% sure we haven't seen the best of him at Everton and I expect him to have more influence this year. He’s a £45m Davy Klaassen who hits a worldie every now and then
Adele DazeemCan someone please spell what Phillips said? lol
Unless he flew back out last night/this morning then he isn't as he was at the game last nightHe's a good player, easily premier league standard, and has an excellent set piece delivery on him. However, is he going to help us bridge the gap to the top 6.? Pretty certain the answer to that is no. Is he a standout player at Everton.? Pretty certain the answer to that is also no, which is pretty damning considering we have a pretty average bunch at the moment. Do we want/need somebody in the No 10/playmaker role who is a standout player? Yes we certainly do.
Brands is out at Barcelona at the moment negotiating over Digna and Mina. He could do a lot worse than ask about their Brazilian midfielder Rafinha. We know he's surplus to requirements there having spent the second half of last season on loan at Inter who, so far, have not taken up their option to buy. The price, E35m, is not excessive for a highly talented left footed midfielder who, at 25, is just coming into his prime. He's been at Barca since he was a kid so will no doubt have a European passport.
I'd normally be saying his position is not a priority and that he should be given more opportunity to show what he can do. But if there is the slightest chance that we can bring in somebody of Rafinha's ability this summer, should we really be spurning it?
Lets hope he asked the question before he came home then.Unless he flew back out last night/this morning then he isn't as he was at the game last night

A 2 yard passDid just provide the assist for the goal like.
Seen enough over the past 12 months and his time at Swansea to know he's badly overratedDo you genuinely think you've seen enough to draw that conclusion?
