Apart from Martina we thought they were all good players as they had showed more than enough quality at previous clubs. What makes you think that selling them and getting the 3 or 4 good players in won't result in the same scenario? Strongly disagree over siggy as I rate him.....not worth the money we paid but a good player nonetheless.
Only players I would defo keep are Pickford, Coleman, Siggy, Tosun and Walcott. Players to give more time to ....Mori, Keane, Gana. Players with potential worth keeping around or loaning ....Vlasic, DCL, Davies, Lookman, Beni and Kenny. The rest for me need binning for a rebuild

Selling those players for those figures would be a big problem from a FFP perspective - selling Klaassen and Sigurdsson at £15-20m losses apiece would mean we have £30-40m less that we are allowed to spend. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, all players we sell have to be sold at at least a break-even figure - that means you take their transfer fee, divide it over the length of their contract and the "break even" figure decreases proportionately each year.
E.g. - with Klaassen, think he has a 5 year contract, if we say that he cost £25m - that means we can't sell him for any less than £20m this summer without negatively affecting our own spending power under FFP, which means a loan is the most likely outcome (assuming a new manager can't get a tune out of him)

I'd also keep Holgate and would include Klaassen in those to have another look at. Baines, used conservatively, has maybe anothet season in him.

Hahaha Jesus wept. Great idea to sell half of our first XI, go back to football manager mate. There's about 10 squad players we need to sell as well, your list would have us left with a squad of 7 players needing to buy 20.

This. Davy hasn't had a chance. Played out on an unconventional wing, in a team without any pace for a guy who has no pace. Absurd. Would suit a more passing style type game plan.
Baines should stay around as well. Adequate backup.
I'd usually agree but in all honesty that cull is probably about right. We could lose all of them and have a negligible impact on the actual first team squad, and we'd be bringing in players anyway.
I'd keep Sigurdsson personally, even though I don't rate him that highly, but the rest are almost no-brainers to get rid of. I'd be amazed if we don't get rid of most of them actually.

Klaassen hasnt had a look in, but I'd add him (despite admiting, I rate Davy). Could argue a case for DCL. Baines, is a useful squad player and still oozes class.
There is 13 alone. Siggy is the least of our concerns, just shows how demoralized people are, at this utter shambles of a club
