Add to that sam and his staff , Walsh , elstone is leaving and wouldn't might seeing bill and his mates gone too... we are in need of a huge clear out ... I have never seen a clear out this big but if I was mosh I would do it. This club is rotten and needs drastic measures
I wouldn't get rid of him, mainly because I can't think of a single team that would be interested in him at the extraordinary price we'd ask for, just a year on from buying him for £45m. There's no point selling him for £20m to Leicester or someone, and his value is only going to decrease with age. We could get something out of him as a squad player definitely, he's not absolutely horrendous like everyone else on @Boss_Rarkley's list. I just hope we buy someone better to be our creative force in the summer.

Good fun this ain't it? None of us have a clue who will be binned but we all have our opinions. I was amused to see Klassen retained in one list. One what basis would he be kept? Form? Ha Ha.Ha. The awful Davies kept him out and that says everything we need to know about Klassen. But it's all about opinions. If Sam goes, there will not be much of a clear out because the new guy won't have much of a clue about a fair number of our huge squad. I am guessing that all the 1st team coaches will go with Sam so who will be left to tell the tale? They could have a fans survey of course. I would defo enjoy filling that in.

Think there is very little point in keeping Jags and Niasse as players like that need upgrading if we are going to move forward next season.
Jags has done a job again recently as you would expect him to do, but surely it’s time to replace him.
Niasse is never going to be a first choice so we need an upgrade on him too.
The squad is way too big and there are too many players all vying for similar positions.
First team should be built around Pickford, Coleman, Gana, Gylfi, Walcott and Tosun IMO.
We have a few good kids in Davies, Holgate, Beni, Lookman, Vlasic, DCL and possibly Onyekuru, all worth keeping.
Jury still out on Keane and Mori.
The rest are probably easily dispensable.

In the 80s, Sheedy got a quota from those situations. I can only think this is symptomatic of the way we play and the players we have. If you don’t have players who run directly at defenders from central positions, I don’t suppose you get many free kicks in dangerous situations.
