Our Belgium neighbours live in Ghent (not to be confused with Gent, also in Belgium), they have a holiday home here in France. We've been to visit them in Ghent many times and it's a great little city...........woken up too many times with a Belgium beer induced hangover!
We'd love to visit N.Carolina sometime............my wife actually applied to work at the Biltmore Estate when she was younger and she always says we should visit when we have more time. Thanks for the invitation, similarly if you are ever in our part of France then you are welcome to stop over.

Dang. Now I’m wondering if my brother and his wife live in Ghent or Gent, I didn’t realize there were two cities in Belgium with similar names

Ha, we actually live just 10 minutes away from Biltmore Estates, it is a very nice house to visit and the gardens are lovely too. We go there a few times a year to hike and bike ride and during Christmas we visit inside the house because the Christmas decorations are pretty amazing. Thanks for the invite as well and for the sassy cider.
