Seeing it everywhere digital.

Whoever we appoint will be backed initially, but they're doomed if they get off to a bad start.
I think the support has just reached the end of its tether.
Their is no longer any belief that those in charge can lead us to anything better.
We have lost faith in the institution of Everton.
What we are seeing is decades of frustration and anger finally boiling to the surface
If Everton was a country we would be entering the first stages of a revolution.

Yeah we have lost hope basically. Made worse by the fact that we have had a slight sniff of the big time (finishing best of the rest, spending loads of money) only to end up worse than we were in the first place.

This sounds like an Adam Curtis narration.

A huge problem is that many fans think changing managers fix the problems instantly and magically. No it doesn't. Whoever is the manager is going to need time and transfer windows, not something many fans have the patience for. Experienced managers who have won top trophies are gone because of the lack of patience and now Everton is looking at managers who have not won anything. How is that better for the club?

I think he he issue is that nobody trusts Moshiri’s judgement for such a critical appointment. His track record is poor.
Get it wrong and we’re toast.

We were spoiled when we got Carlo. A serial winner who's CV of top tier trophies is second to none. To go from a manager like that, after years of bad decisions, to a bargain basement version of Marco Silva is literally the final straw. They've shown us we can do better, so now they have to maintain it, and appointing anyone who dosent inspire unity and belief is a backwards step. We might not get another with Carlo's CV, but at least give us someone who we can get behind and support.
