Should have used Sardinia's St George's flag to get get the gammons ' knickers really in a twist.

The flag code is quite specific in places, but there's a difference between an actual flag (and therefore covered by the flag code) and an image of the flag (not covered).

Which is why it's fine for Americans to dress head to toe in flag-printed clothing, as long as it's not an actual flag.
That makes more sense. Thanks for explaining.

I chanced upon a Facebook post from a Southern England footie fan:

An impassioned argument on an important subject, I'm sure you'll agree.

So, are Nike naughty or have they created quite a nice design?

All opinions are moot, until our resident expert on all things centrist @ForeverBlue92 has given us his straight talking, no nonsense opinion on this matter.

Athletics fans are, probably on average, a more level-headed, objective and free-thinking lot than the knuckle-draggers who infest the footballing fraternity.

If people are genuinely annoyed, they can refuse to put their hands in their pockets and spend the outrageous £124.99 to £64.99 price for them.

That's a much, much greater issue in my eyes.
