I respect the lad for his effort, commitment and desire but he's not good enough for any any Premier League club with aspirations bigger then survival. He's proven everyone wrong that he's nobody's fool and he could go on to be a top player for a relegation dodging side but if your telling me that he's the type of player we should want at Everton then I weep for the club.

When Niasse signed, Martinez said he needed time to slowly adjust to the league and be ready for the following season. He was of course dropped then sent to Hull where he scored and assisted a few, most notably against the RS.

Martinez took a huge amount of stick and a large amount of posters were really negative about Niasse.

In your opinion, where would we have been this season without Niasse's cameos and where would we have been if he had started every game up to when we signed Tosun?

Seems like a likeable chap , good attitude and works hard on the pitch.
However he is not and never will be good enough for a club with top 6 or higher aspirations.
Bottom half PL player at best

Depends what we want for Everton. If mediocrity is to be the norm, then he is one of those you can rely on. If we want something far better than mediocrity, such as challenging the 5th and 6th places, then he and several others should be shown the door.

Respect him but don't rate or want him. No club that is serious about breaking into the top 6 has a player like him even as a squad option, hearing the Gwladys chant his name like he's Latchford the other day was a bit embarrassing.

My poor post. I was agreeing with you. Trying to emphasise that because we've been so poor he's been much needed. I would hope we sign enough quality though that he cant get near the starting 11 next season.
