Yeah red wine is good. Well I am trying to work on the numbers.

They say 2500 calories is what we burn a day, so that is the amount we need to maintain a weight. To lose weight we have to consume 500 calories less than we burn. So if I go for a run and burn 150 calories, then that's 2650 calories I have burned, hence I can consume anything up to 2150 calories to achieve a decent rate of weight loss.

Just want that confirmed more than anything, and how many calories are in a Wolfblass Cab Shiraz.

Im with Ghost on this one . I am patently not fit , and am awaiting a Hossy treatment , so Im looking for a maximum reward , little-as-poss-effort kind of deal .
Sort of a Wii without the jumping around . Any ideas / suggestions etc ????

Yes lad . Sort of Chemo-Light , if there is such a thing . Fact is , Im supposed to be taking 6 months to try and get meself sorted for the course . Being honest , I havent done a tap . Hence this plea .
Im fukn hopeless . Im boss at giving superb advice . I just dont take it meself . Smoke too many doobs . Appetite , strangely enough , often goes west .etc .
I need the magic bullet , or to Get God , so me Ma reckons .
