Maybe work permits vary on some details at a more local level?

As in a set of European rules that apply to every European club but further rules differ between UK and Germany?

Belgium is EU HQ, yet they don't even have the same rules depending on which area of the country you live in.

Anderlecht is the go to club for people trying to get round the work permit rules.

Yeah, that we have 3 other players at his position, all of which are likely better. He's good, but this would be amazing business.

So let me get this straight, someone wants 40 Million for him?

I'm in two minds about this if that's true

If someone wants that much for him then it suggests he's going to be brilliant, so we should persevere with getting him a permit

However;

If getting him a permit just isn't going to happen then we might as well cash in and buy a player who can actually step foot in the country

What I will say is this though, if someone wants that much for him then surely we can use that as an example as to why he's an "exception talent"?

Nah each country can set their own rules, you probably think that due to all the tory/right wing propaganda that has polluted the country over last 2 decades
