Don't see how lookman's achievements at English youth level are worse than solanke. His successful loan at leipzig is at a much better level than wilson's. The annoying thing is them getting lucky when they're barely producing these players.

No one can say he’s not good enough because no one has seen him play.

Saw him play three Gala games last year for work.

He's okay. I said as much at the time. The best game he had was the first game I watched him in. He was very good in the first half. Really sharp and quick, just lacked a bit of luck.

Second half of that game he was anonymous and turfed off.

He's probably just one of those players.

It's a shame we haven't got to see him but evidently Brands and Silva don't see the sense in having to a) wait another year (and lose another year of his deal) to try and see if the permit issue gets sorted to then play him or b) not just take the cash now.

Can see him going for a small profit but with a 25% sell on clause. If he scores for fun at Monaco he would be in the shop window again for the big clubs.

Should deffo try and get sell on clause or even a buy back put in if possible. Sell for 15m can buy him next year for 25m year after 35m etc. playing there may get him enough appearances for a permit in a year or two.

Better for him as a lot of top eauropean and a lot of prem teams shop there. Have a good season there and he will get noticed , especially at Monaco who are basically the French Ajax

Truly the events of getting in such a player into a higher mid level premier league team had to be rare enough that if you wrote a story about conning such a team with such a player, it'd be deemed fantasy.
