I think we have a decent chance this season of a throphy, we might not this year but Lescott has signed a FIVE year deal, not a one year deal.

Lescott signed a long term deal with us last summer as well, so that's no guarantee.
And Lescott moved due to his wages. We've finished above you almost all of the last 6 seasons, we've reached the semi and the final of the national cups the last two seasons, ManC hasn't even been close. We're in Europe, you're not.
Sure, you have a decent chance to get a throphy, but so do we. Lescott might have a slightly higher chance to get it with you, but it's not huge and it depends on who we get in before the window closes.
You've not signed any really high-profile signings, the players you've gotten from the top4 were squadplayers, not stars there. You've signed top players from the teams around you, not above you.
I seriously doubt you'll reach the CL spots, I also doubt you'll finish above Spurs.
But the thing you wrote in the end only shows you're here to gloat about you getting Lescott from us. So since you're not here to have a discussion, move on.
The main reason many of us are bitter at you are due to the way Hughes used press to unsettle Lescott, not that he offered money for him.
