What makes you so sure they have the best interests of city at heart?

If it doesn't make them money, they'll pull the plug - end of story. Its a business venture for them - do you think they sat there on the other side of the world, got fed up with watching it on the TV and decided to make it more exciting they'll buy a club??

Don't forget - you don't have the markets of the United's, Liverpools (sorry for the blasphemy), Milans, etc. of this world.

Danny Sturridge has more chance at Chelsea than he will ever have at Citeh....which is a bit sad.

My prediction is - £200million spent. No top 4 finish. EPIC FAIL

Its not going to make them money though. £200million spent, they've got about £3million or something stupid in wages coming over each week, and they're not a global brand.

Man Utd only made about £200million from winnging the league and getting to the Champions League final.

So to actually make any profit - they'd have to win every cup possible and become a global brand at the same time.

You're looking at probably 10-15 years before they'd make £5 back :lol:
