He was called the N word and the ref knows that he's in a position to book or send off a player who might be able to prove that accusation so asks the 4th official how to get out of the situation, he then books no one on his instruction in order to weasel out of it all.

EFC should push this all the way, but Allardyce didn't last night and I doubt they will.
