Horse Racing

Stonific won at 13/2. This guy is genuinely worth following.

..he’s brilliant but I rarely follow him because he tends to concentrate on all weather racing, even when Cheltenham or a top meeting is on. Saying that, a winner is a winner and plenty of the blokes in the bar where I drink follow him. He tends to post just after 9am and you have to get on immediately to get a decent price.

Hugh Taylor on the At The Races app is on fire at the moment. His tips today are Broken Force, Haydock 3.45 and Stonific in the 4.50 at Haydock.
Both have been significantly backed this morning.
Everything he tips gets backed within seconds. The trouble is, he is all about value. If you backed all his tips at SP, or even at the available prices once he's posted them you would make a significant loss.

Cracksman or Enable, fellas?

I love Enable but I have to say that every time I see Crackman's he's an absolute Beast and would probably win in a showdown.

It was really disappointing when courses moved from ATR to the ridiculously expensive racing channel. It would be great if Sky could buy all the rights and incorporate it within the Sky Sports package.
Didn't realise ATR has lost Irish racing to RUK, very annoying. Apparently Sky have bought ATR and will be re-branding it Sky Racing, so interesting times ahead.

Greyhound derby starts tonight.
A few weeks of outstanding racing, now brilliantly put on by Towcester racecourse.

Live on sky too.. love it.

...never been into greyhound racing but I usually watch ATR on Saturday mornings before I go for a pint and they often have Towcester on. It looks good. The Greyhound expert on ATR is very good but the prices on offer are much too short for me.

Very slick operation is Towcester now.
Money been spent very well and clearly the blueprint for modern racing and attracting new audience.
The derby is 20/1 the field as of now, so loads of value ante post, especially with E/W 1/4 first 6.
So if you get to the final you get paid.
I got 3 into the final last season and was a lenght off a five figure touch, beaten by a dog we know too.
All very everton indeed.

Interesting they fancy a very hyped dog in Droopys Biker on that.
Could be absolutely anything that, and one of the early faves.
Not in tonights heats, but will watch it over the weekend for sure.

..yep, I follow the horse racing forums and you get to know the folk who have real insight.
